Improved castle upgrading – Increase daily income and creatures growth (ERA 3)

Thanks to daemon_n and his ERA 3 Launcher, this script has been significantly improved. City Halls and Capitols may be upgraded to increase daily income. Upgaded town dwellings may be upgraded to increase creature growth.

To upgrade City Hall / Capitol, left-click the Hall icon in the town screen. To increase growth in upgraded creature dwellings, left-click the town picture in the town screen.
