Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era is a new installment of the renowed series of turn-based strategy games, where action takes place in Enroth, on the continent of Jadame, mentioned but never explored in a Heroes of Might and Magic game before.
Favourite beasts of their Master, Gnats have been molded to embody their two best qualities: expendability and abundant growth.
Mutated to serve as the Hive’s footsoldiers, gnats are remnants of giant flies that once roamed the Ironsand Desert. Swift and annpying, they function as scouts, distractions for more significatn Hive members, and, in great numbers, a devastating swarm.
Gnats evolve into ravagers for the soel purpose of sowing chaos and disorder among defenders. Their mandibles prove especially deadly against those, who underestimate their vicious strikes.
When the need arises, warden gnats are dispatched to safeguard the swarm during raids on nearby settlements. Singular in purpose, they rely on their overwhelming numbers to keep reinforcements at bay.
