Heroes of Science & Fiction leaving Early Access on March 17
Heroes of Science & Fiction is scheduled to leave Early Access and launch in version 1.0 on March 17. After more than a year in Early Access and 12 major updates, the development team is ready to move toward a full release. During Early Access, the game received new factions, campaigns, a map editor, and numerous other improvements.

Previously known as Silence of the Siren, the game underwent a name change during development to better reflect its vision and to more clearly communicate its connection to classic turn-based strategy roots combined with a science-fiction setting.
As part of the final development phase, the team is currently finishing and polishing the last campaign, multiplayer features, achievements, and AI improvements. Work is also underway on a new planet, which will introduce a fresh set of skirmish maps. Additional content is planned as well, including new items and buildings for the exploration map. With just a few weeks remaining, development is progressing steadily toward release.
