HoMM: TTRPG development reaches final stages
The team behind the official Heroes of Might and Magic Tabletop RPG has shared another progress update, revealing that development is steadily approaching the finish line.
While backers have had to wait longer than originally expected, the creators say the extra time has allowed them to polish the game and prepare the physical edition for production.
HoMM: TTRPG The Core Rulebook
According to LM Publishing, all major books are now either complete or in their final editing and layout stages. The Core Rulebook has grown beyond its initial scope, resulting in a larger and more comprehensive experience than originally planned.
Additional books, including the Heroes Compendium, the Atlas of Antagarich, and the Echoes of Silence adventure collection, have also reached advanced stages of production.

- Echoes of the Silence
- The Rule Book
The creators also confirmed that manufacturing has already begun for several physical components. Dice, tokens, and cards have entered production, while maps are receiving their final corrections before being sent to the printers.

Champion pledge – The Core Rulebook in hardcover, and lots of free goodies such as: Battle Card Deck, Dice Set, GM Screen, Morale Tokens, Threat Tokens and Luck Tokens.
Gamefound Pledge Manager
One of the biggest milestones for backers has been the launch of the Gamefound Pledge Manager. Kickstarter supporters can now confirm their rewards, choose their preferred language, update shipping information, and add any additional items before fulfillment begins.
LM Publishing emphasized that work on the project has continued without interruption. The focus now is on completing the remaining approvals, finalizing PDF versions for digital distribution, and preparing the printed edition for worldwide fulfillment.
The Heroes of Might and Magic Tabletop RPG uses a customized version of the popular 2d20 system and allows players to command armies, cast powerful spells, explore Antagarich, and build their own domains in a campaign inspired by the legendary strategy series.
The project remains available through Gamefound’s Late Pledge system for those who missed the original crowdfunding campaign.
