HoMM: The Board Game – Shipping Update #2 – Wave 1

To begin with, Archon would like to inform backers that Wave 1 of shipping is currently underway. The company has completed shipping pledges from the first four containers delivered to its warehouse. All remaining Wave 1 pledges will be handled by Green Logistics. If a backer received an address confirmation email from Archon but has not yet received their package, there is no need for concern — the pledge will be shipped by Green Logistics.

Europe / Rest of the World

Green Logistics has announced plans to begin dispatching packages from its warehouse starting February 2nd. The first address confirmation emails were already sent out last week. Please note that not all backers will receive address confirmation at the same time; these notifications are typically sent approximately two weeks before shipment.

Archon sincerely apologizes for the delay, which is largely due to the complexity of the pledges. As stated in the previous update, Green Logistics estimates that Wave 1 shipping will be completed in late February or March. Backers will be informed of any changes should the schedule be updated.

USA

For United States backers, Quartermaster Logistics is currently handling shipments. Address confirmation emails are expected to be sent one to two weeks prior to dispatch.

Archon would also like to remind backers that US pledges were shipped on a separate vessel. This is why US backers appear to be receiving their games earlier than others. There is no intention to prioritize or discriminate against any group — the goal is to ship all pledges with equal priority.

Pledge Manager Closure

The Pledge Manager is scheduled to close on February 28th, 2026. Backers are encouraged to ensure their pledges are finalized before this date. Any pledges closed after June 30th, 2025 (as well as alternative language versions) are classified as Wave 2, which is currently planned to begin shipping in Q2 2026.
