If a Hero does not have Archery secondary skill, the artifacts that increase archery have no effect, but magic resistance artifacts works whether or not the hero has resistance secondary skill. Archery artifacts: Bow of Elven Cherrywood, Unicorn’s Mane, Angel Feather Arrows.
