HoMM III: The Board Game – When will the game finally reach us?
According to our original plan, the game was meant to be sent to us in the first week of December, and it would reach us in the second or third week of December. Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our control, our train was rebooked and will be sent out on the 11th of December instead. The first batch of games is already packed and waiting to be shipped, but they’ll have to wait just a couple more days before being shipped to us.
The current ETA of the train arriving to us is on the 24th of December, which means that while we should be able to still start shipping towards the end of December, it won’t be before Christmas.
As for the remainder of the pledges, they will be sent to us via boat. Another twelve containers will make their way to us at the end of December, arriving towards the end of January at the shipment Hub. The last containers will be sent to us at the end of January and will arrive towards the end of February at the shipment Hub.
So, When can you expect your game?
As mentioned in previous updates, shipment is split into two waves. The shipment of the first wave will begin soon after the train reaches us and refers to pledges placed before the 1st of September 2023 and are of the following language versions: English, Polish, German, and French. The train only contains the Basic and Azure tier pledges. Another 12 containers will reach us by the end of January and will contain a mix of various pledges. The rest of the pledges will be sent once the remaining containers reach us.
We estimate that the shipment of the 2nd Wave will happen in Q2 2024, although there’s a chance that we’ll be able to ship them immediately after Wave 1 if we’re able to make it before the Chinese New Year. This wave will contain the remaining language versions and pledges that were closed after the deadline for Wave 1, even if they contained a Wave 1 language version.
