HoMM III: The Board Game – The Pledge Manager

The Pledge Manager was originally planned to be opened this Friday on the 28th, but we decided to slightly move the date to the 8th of May. But why would we do this? As some of our Polish backers might know, we have national holidays during this time, and we wouldn’t want to leave you guys unattended with the Pledge Manager during a long weekend! We want to be there if you have any questions, which is why we hope you’ll forgive us for slightly delaying the Pledge Manager.

With that out of the way, let’s move to a quick introduction of what the Pledge Manager is, and how to use it.

The Pledge Manager is a separate website where you choose your add-ons, provide your shipping details to us, and finalize your order. Finalizing your pledge in the Pledge Manager is required in order to receive the game!

The Pledge Manager we’ll be using for this campaign is Gamefound. Once our project page is up, backers will receive an email that will allow them to quickly create an account. Please keep in mind that you’re also able to navigate to the page normally, the email isn’t mandatory! Please create an account using the email address that you used to pledge with, and you’ll have credits waiting in your account that you’ll be able to use to make your order!

When you’ve made your account, we recommend adding the pledge that you picked during the Kickstarter campaign, unless you want to upgrade, which is also possible in the Pledge Manager. This is where you’ll be able to select your add-ons, choose your language version, and even add multiple copies if you want to!  When it comes to the add-ons, some highlights include pre-shaded miniatures and something you’ve all been asking for, a big box! After you finish choosing what you want, it’s time to close your pledge.

Once you provide your address and pay for shipping, your pledge should have the status of “Paid in Full”, which means that it’s closed, and no further edits are possible. In case of an emergency or an address change, you can reach out to us via contact@archon-studio.com and we’ll do it for you!

The Pledge Manager also allows for late pledges, if you didn’t make it during the campaign then you’ll be able to join us in the Pledge Manager! Every person can have multiple pledges if they choose to, although please keep in mind that it’s better to have everything in one pledge as it’s usually cheaper to ship out.
