The Sanctuary is a mod for Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East that introduces a new playable faction centered around the ancient Naga race. Replacing the Sylvan faction, the Sanctuary offers players a unique gameplay experience with its own town, units, heroes, and aesthetic.
How to install Sanctuary
- Install GOG version of Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East.
- Download and unzip the “[Heroes 5] Sanctuary mod full.zip” file to your computer.
- Run the NCF_framework3.exe and install it in the folder with HoMM 5: ToE.
- Run Sanktuarium.exe and install it in the folder with HoMM 5: ToE.
- Optional: For the English translation, copy the file Sanktuarium ENG.pak to the “data” folder, located in the game directory.
- For a new graphical representation of level 2 and 3 units, copy the “[Sanctuary]T2&T3alt.pak” file to the “data” folder, located in the game directory.
- Done. You can start the game normally and Sanctuary will be available instead of the Sylvan faction.
