After the Cavalry rework, it was time for another unit that had been taking criticism from fans — the Necropolis Dread Knight.
A knight who was so engulfed in battle, they missed the moment they died — and kept fighting, their soul leaking from the remains and infusing the armor.

I don’t see any comparison or how it was different. I also haven’t played Olden Era enough to see any difference, the game is just bad, boring and mediocre.
Nothing can beat good old HoMM3.
