Only Quiet Eye of the Dragon and resource artifacts, where it is possible to equip more than one of the same type, works cumulatively on the same hero. All others do not.
Cumulative artifacts: Endless Purse of Gold, Endless Bag of Gold, Endless Sack of Gold, Inexhaustible Cart of Lumber, Inexhaustible Cart of Ore, Everpouring Vial of Mercury, Ring of Infinite Gems, Eversmoking Ring of Sulfur and Quiet Eye of the Dragon.
