Interference skill: reduces enemy hero spell power during combat by 10%–20%–30%. Enemy spell power is rounded down, but cannot become less than 1.
Charm of Eclipse reduces the Power skill of enemy hero by 10% during combat.
Plate of Dying Light reduces the Power skill of enemy hero by 25% during combat.
Seal of Sunset reduces the Power skill of enemy hero by 10% during combat.
