Option 281 by Jim Vogan adds a new combo artifact Buckler of Beelzebub, formed with Sword of Hellfier, Shield of Damned, Hellstorm Helmet and Breastplate of Brimstone. Held with left hand, the Buckler of Beelzebub gives the wearer a devils power to teleport (adds Dimension Door), avoid retalations and increases all primar skills by 2.
