The Alvari Cup tournament – HoMM: Olden Era
Over the past few weeks, Unfrozen Studio has noticed that an increasing number of community organized tournaments have either already begun or are gaining momentum. This growing enthusiasm perfectly aligns with the team’s vision for the game.
In collaboration with Behemoth’s Lair, Ubisoft, and Hooded Horse, Unfrozen Studio is proud to announce the first official Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era tournament, The Alvari Cup, which will begin on August 1, 2026. More information about the tournament is available on its official website.
Sixteen invited participants will compete in a Single Elimination, Best of Three format over the coming weeks, demonstrating their strategic skills in Olden Era. The ultimate champion will claim a grand prize that will be revealed soon.
Looking ahead, Unfrozen Studio plans to organize more official tournaments, including open format events where every player will have the opportunity to participate. The team remains committed to supporting both PvE and PvP experiences while continuing to carefully listen to community feedback and improve the game for everyone.
