Hero with Scouting secondary skill who finds Spyglass and Speculum artifacts gains Prepare for Battle ability. This ability adds various bonuses before the battle begins, such as + attack, + defense or health.

Make sure to install the newest ERA 3.8 including the ERA Framework mod (or ERA Gaming build), otherwise you will get erm error at map start. Delete old version before install the new version.
