Hello! It’s actually written has GOG and not GoG 🙂
Hi you’re right! They used GoG long ago when the site was called Good old Games. 🙂
Hello! As is actually written as “as”, and not has 😉
Hero’s Hour is pretty well made game. For an low-budget indie, that is.
It took a lot of HOMM elements and created an exquisite mixture, adding real-time battles, where units are represented with actual units.
Instead one figure, with a number (number of units), for example one archer (10) – meaning that it has the strength of 10 archers.. there will be actually 10 archers on the battle map.
Of course, it was unbearable to show thousands, so the dev did apply a smart trick: only limited amount of units can be deployed at once in a given time. So your CPU won’t catch on fire.
Good part is, that as soon your army starts losing your fighters, you can deploy further batches of your army right during the combat.
The skill tree is quite interesting too, and allows much more thorough planning and strategy.
