Mod removes sounds and unnecessary delays during AI turn when picking up resources, visiting certain objects and fighting monsters. This will speed up AI turn especially if you set it at fastest speed.
How to install: Download the archive and unzip it to your PC. Open “[Gameplay] Disable AI Turn Delay v1.x” folder and copy “Disable AI Turn Delay” folder to Heroes 3 ERA “\Mods” directory. Activate via Mod Manager or install/update this mod via Heroes Launcher.

WoG Folder – All HoMM mods in one place
Immense thanks to the authors for created this super useful mod! It’s a lifesaver on extreme large maps where we need to use a lot of heroes. Actually beyond the TUM and this mod, I don’t even need anything else.
