Every single Heroes III metal Griffin Shield pin is carefully forged by dwarven hands, polished with enchanted crystals*, and inspected by at least three grumpy dwarves before it can leave the underground halls. Rumor has it that if a pin shines especially bright, it was blessed by the hero Ufretin while passing through the tunnels.
