Expanded Artifact backpack mod download

Every hero gets several artifact bags (4 by default). The backpack is always the active bag: switch bags to keep a big artifact collection sorted and the backpack short.

HOW TO USE

• Open the hero screen and press B. The bag menu shows every bag with its number of artifacts; the active bag is green.
• Pick a bag: the backpack goes into the active bag and the picked bag comes out into the backpack.
• “Empty all bags into the backpack” takes everything out of the bags, as far as the backpack has room.
• Close HD Mod’s backpack panel before pressing B (click an empty slot in it). The panel keeps showing the items it had when it opened, so the menu asks you to close it first.

WHAT GOES INTO A BAG

• Every backpack artifact, including Third Upgrade Mod artifacts and Warlord’s Banners.
• Spell scrolls keep their spell.
• Equipped artifacts and war machines are never touched.
• Artifacts in a stored bag give no bonuses (also not with the WoG option “backpack artifacts”).

RULES

• Defeated hero: the winning hero captures the stored bags, as far as its backpack has room.
• Retreat or surrender: the bags stay with the hero, like the artifacts do.
• Dismissed hero: the bags are emptied.
• The backpack never gets more than 64 artifacts; whatever does not fit stays in its bag.
