Spell Research mod (ERA 3)

Bug fixed and now the spell that has appeared once will never appear again in the same town.
You can change all the spells by right-clicking Mage guild and paying some resources. The spell can be identical to the original one, but no duplicated spells in one research.
You can research the magic once per a day. The probability of appearing and level of spell are fetched from the sprites, so you don’t have to worry about adapting various version of mod. Updated 14.04. 2021.
