HoMM 3: The Board Game expansions – Wave 1 shipping has begun!
Archon Studio announces that the first Stronghold, Conflux and Cove Expansions shipments from Wave 1 have already been sent out, and the team is focused on dispatching as many packages as possible each day. However, the full Wave 1 process will take at least a couple of months from start to finish — the initial batch is currently being shipped, and the remaining orders will be handled by Green Logistics.
Archon Studio reminds everyone that Wave 1 includes English and Polish language pledges closed before 30.06.2025, with Wave 2 planned for 2026. The studio apologizes for all delays experienced so far and assures backers that it will do everything possible to make the remaining fulfillment as smooth as possible.
Backers in Wave 1 are asked not to worry if they have not yet received an address confirmation email. Green Logistics will send out these confirmations gradually once they are closer to beginning the shipping process.

The Wave 1 containers bound for the United States have arrived and were picked up by Quartermaster Logistics, who will be handling US fulfillment. Archon Studio is currently waiting for shipments to begin, but notes that this is a very busy period, so it may take a couple more weeks before the process starts.
Archon Studio would also like to remind everyone to finalize their pledges if they have not done so already, as arranging shipments after the campaign has fully closed results in very long delays.
