Refuge town update v1.25 (VCMI)

Refuge is a town created by Yuya that takes its inspiration from WoG’s Neutral Town and Heroes3’s Refuge Camp. The common point of its creatures is their nonbelonging to the other factions. Thus, this castle sports concepts such as nomadism, motley armies and makeshift solutions. The town also takes elements from the Mesopotamian/Sumerian/Akkadian mythologies.

How to install VCMI via Heroes Launcher (YT video)

Refuge town v1.25 changelog:

  • Updated graphics for Creatures Portraits, Spells icons, buildings hall thumbnails and Dwelling3.
  • Reworked graphics for following units: Dragolems, Overcomers, Survivors and Cutthroats.
  • New Hero Omid that specialize in 1st level creature Overcomer/Survivor.
  • Ahrimans: Subtle statistics rebalance (buff) and costs increase.
  • Dragolems: Replaced Magic Resistance ability with Catapult, rebalanced stats and jousting ability.
  • Fixed Mithra & Mahyar specialties + all heroes specialty’s descriptions & tooltips.
  • HoTA submod : Added Steel Golem to targets for both Amad and Met spells (requires HoTA).
  • Renamed Submods for more clarity, and moved Bhemnesh from the main mod to a Submod.
