We’d like to share the latest news regarding production and shipping of Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Board Game – Stronghold, Conflux & Cove Expansions.

1. Production Status
We have just received confirmation from our manufacturer in China that the production of the Polish and English versions is scheduled for completion by the end of this month. We are almost there!
Once the goods are handed over for shipping, as always, we will share the freight tracking number. At this moment, we can confirm that fulfillment is expected in Q4 2025.
2. Orders Closed by June 30th
The orders of English and Polish versions placed and finalized by June 30th will be fulfilled together with this production wave.
3. Orders After June 30th
Orders placed after June 30th will be included in the next wave, tentatively scheduled for Q1 2026, together with the remaining language versions of the game.
This timeline was agreed upon with our Chinese production partner. Given the complexity of the product and the scale of manufacturing (from the variety of expansions to the number of stretch goals), splitting the production and shipments into two waves was the optimal and most realistic option, as it simply wasn’t feasible to produce and ship everything in one go.
4. US Customs & Duties
A quick note for our US backers: due to the United States government’s cancellation of the de minimis rule, announced on July 30th, additional customs duties may apply. We are actively exploring potential solutions to reduce the impact for you. While we cannot promise anything yet, we want you to know that we are working hard to find the best possible outcome.
