Hi, as far as I know, there are no files other than EXE available. Is your antivirus blocking the installation?
I followed https://heroes3wog.net/how-to-install-heroes-3-hd-mod-homm3-hd/ tutorial on the gog heroes 3 game. But every time I try to launch a map either in campagn mode or in scenario mode I got the following error. Any idea about what is the issue ?

i tried to download the previous launcher but it was not the solution.
My “PLAY” buton and “create shortcut ” buton is not active!!!
Hi, you probably did not install the Heroes HD mod in the folder where you have Heroes 3 Complete
Seems to be a trojan..
But it is not, unfortunately, some modifications are labeled that way. They are mainly labeled as such by cheap and free antiviruses
