- If it is an ERA 3 problem, please also write other modifications that are active
- Describe the problem as precisely as possible, it’s not really enough to write “The game often crashes”…

Since the last ERA update from the Heoes Launcher, the game does not run.
I have already made the changes indicated in DEP_tutorial.html but still does not start
Furthermore, the HD_CRASH_LOG file does not indicate any failure (it is created with 0 Kbytes)

Hi, open Heroes Launcher and in ERA click on the gear wheel (next to the PLAY button), select “Check and restore” from the menu and let me know if it helped.

The execution of the “Check and restore’ option replies the next sentence (translated ) : “verified files, no recovery needed”
In case it helps to resolve the problem, the HD_CRASH_LOG file is generated with 0 bytes (blank).
There are also no errors recorded in the PC event viewer
In online multiplayer games (2 players) with the latest updates and TUM, when the AI attacks the host, if the host is sitting in a castle, the game crashes.
It only seems to happen when the human player (host) is sitting in a castle when getting attacked by an AI hero. It doesn’t seem to happen outside of a castle.

Hi, you probably have an active Third Upgrades mod with which the script Neutral Town is not compatible.

This is it, you have to deactivate the Third Upgrades mod via the mod manager, then the script will work.
