Heroes of Might and Magic 7.5: Ultimate Edition is a comprehensive fan-made overhaul that significantly expands and improves the original Heroes VII experience. This ambitious mod adds five brand-new playable factions—Inferno, Tower, Sanctuary, Conflux, Xel and Temple. Each faction comes with its own identity and two exclusive creatures (one Elite and one Champion), which are recruited through unique sacrificial buildings.

Heroes 7.5 Ultimate Edition v1.40 changelog:
- Added an 8th slot in the castle recruitment window, which now allows the recruitment of the additional creature
- Addition of new synergy abilities (work in progress)
- The idea is that when two specific skills from the talent wheel are learned, this unlocks a synergy skill.
- (They won’t be revealed; I’ll leave you the surprise of discovering which skill combination grants a new ability. However, this will require having at least two skills at the minimum master rank.)
- RMG map preview fix (approximately 80% success rate for preview generation, sometimes some crashes persist)
- Nerf resurrection stone: before health +100% / now health +30% for all allied creature
- Script creation to find various bugs
- Added various scripts to prevent early build errors and searched for the start player before build
- Addition of a debug file to trace objects, artifacts, heroes, and creatures that might cause issues during map generation
- Created a script to prevent the loading of a campaign camera created by a former developer but no longer found in the data
- Fixed a Town Frost physics value that was causing loading issues
- Fixed a sanctuary element that could create infinite loops or make the mod unstable
- Fixed a Utopian dragon element that could create infinite loops or make the mod unstable
- Fixed the bug with the abandoned mine, which occurs since the Patch 1 for version 1.39
- New challenge building: Celestial Dragon Realm
- Fight 6 different dragon gods in a new battle map designed for this purpose
- Reward: New scroll allowing you to summon a dragon god for 1 battle and acquire a permanent skill.
- Skill: “Name of the Dragon God” Intervention (During combat, if you are in difficulty, there is a small chance that the dragon god will appear to help you.)
- Adding a new hero: Nami, Sanctuary Hero, Tsunami Master:
- Start the game with a scroll to learn Tsunami when your Arcane Knowledge level allows it:
- Magi bonus when casting Tsunami (similar to Solmyr’s Chain Lightning)
- Modification of the extra elite creature “Vampire”: it is now classified as a flying creature instead of a walking one, with faster movement animations and added visual effects during movement
