After updating to ERA 3 Launcher v2.45, the game crashes when trying to Load or Save a game.
Disabling the updated Random Wallpaper Menu in Mod Manager fixes this issue.
So it looks like something went wrong with the latest Random Wallpaper Menu update in v2.45 of ERA 3 Launcher (amazing backgrounds!).
So I have the same problem, I’ll write to the author. Thanks!
