On the Steam page for Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era, two new screenshots from the game have appeared. That’s not unusual for Steam games — but these two are definitely worth a closer look.
The first screenshot shows a battlefield featuring two “old-new” units: the Unicorn, which has already been officially revealed, and a Pixie, which closely resembles the one we know from Heroes III’s Conflux faction.
The second screenshot, however, is even more interesting. In the upper part of the image, partially covered in shadow, there’s an object that looks strikingly similar to an underground entrance, just like the one from Heroes III. Could this mean we’ll see underground locations already in the Early Access version of the game?
Another detail worth noting is that the map is surrounded by water. So far, no water objects or ships have been officially revealed. However, in the Temple faction’s town screen, you can spot a ship on a river in the right section of the town though currently, it seems to have no shipyard.
