Advanced Classes Mod, a gameplay enhancing mod, that features revamped skill and spell systems, new artifacts and artifacts set, 2 dozens of new and reworked specialities, 6 new subclasses with uniquw abilities and more. The idea of this mod was to create 2 new skill ranks — Master and Grandmaster, which are gained right after Expert rank, as well as a completely new hero class — adventurer.
AC mod will allow you to customize your commander even more by selecting a class that influences how the attributes of your commander develop during the game.
Advanced Classes mod offers:
– New Master and Grandmaster level for every secondary skill;
– New unique effects for every combat spell;
– One new main hero class — Adventurer, along with classic Warrior and Mage;
– 3 completely new hybrid subclasses (Battlemage, Hunter and Druid);
– New unique abilities for every class at Master and Grandmaster level;
– Reworked nearly all hero specializations, including creature, spell and skill specialists, new unique specialities, specialities for brand new Adventurer class;
– Reworked Primary and Secondary skill point chance at level up for each class;

I only see those oval portraits when getting a class to Master/Grandmaster. How do I get the ones that are more like the stylized Grandmaster Mage in the picture above?
There is a bug where if you have TUM 3.1.6 and advanced classes mod 1.094 you can sometimes buy all upgraded creates even with basic non-upgraded buiding.
With advanced classes mod disabled problem disappear.
In the advanced classes mod, commanders have several classes.
How do you unlock each commander’s secret class?
From what I’ve researched, it’s within the game that you have to do something, but where is this information?
you need to guess the answer of all nine riddles and then click this pattern in the commander class selection window. If the clicking order is correct you will hear sounds
I love that mod, but I dont like one change- town portal on level five :/ I know, thats powerfull spell but that change hurts me :/
My game crashes during combat when I’m using hero with e.g. balista, first aid or armorer specializition. Heroes with creature or spell specialization works normally.
Any advice how to solve it?
Did you install the new version of HD mdoification? He’s causing a bit of trouble at the moment. You should not have a higher version than 5.5 R6.
why does the update date is marked “27.12.2024”?
How do I install this?? I use heroes launcher, and it not available in the ERA mod.
First you have to activate the modification. Download via Mod browser and then open the Mod manager (via Heroes Launcher) and enable the Advanced Classes mod.
The Eagle Eye skill is not working properly, spells that are chosen during level up through the Eagle Eye skill are not always added to the spell book.
Level 4 and above especially do not always get added to the spell book, even though all requirements are met (wisdom). At Master Eagle Eye, level 5 spells are not added at all. It seems like it gets worse with higher levels of Eagle Eye skill.
Also, the AI has a tendency to throw entire armies away, one after another after another, on structures like “Olympus Forgotten” and others that give level 8 troops, and they put themselves out of the game. This is without the “Human AI” mod. It seems like the AI is misreading the difficulty of the structure and is losing all its armies because of it.

What other mods do you have installed? Is the Third Upgrades mod among them?
Yes, it is. I turned third upgrades mod off in the mod manager. Other mods that are installed and enabled are:

3. [INTERFACE] Fast Battle Animation
4. Era Erm Framework
5. [GAMEPLAY] In the Wake of Gods (Core)
Hey! I love this mod – however version 1.9 doesn’t seem to be working properly as I still only have the 9 standard commander classes (no subclasses) and no extra hero classes (such as beastmaster, reaver etc). Wondering if maybe I haven’t turned something on in-game to activate it? As my mod manager says version 1.9 is enabled. Cheers!
The current version is 1.9.1, download and install it. But before that, delete version 1.9.
