Thorgrim at level 50 with 3 magic resistance artifacts makes all allied troops 100% resistant to enemy magic, but he can still cast beneficial spells on them.

Resistance artifacts: Surcoat of Counterpoise, Boots of Polarity and Garniture of Interference.
